excellent base for exploring berlin's iconic landmarks and eateries

I loved this hotel for its perfect location, just a short walk to the stunning Berliner Dom and charming Gendarmenmarkt, making my weekend strolls so enjoyable and stress-free while being surrounded by beautiful park views. the staff was also incredibly attentive, helping us secure a memorable lunch at the Reichstag with breathtaking views.

It was just a fine choice for a transient stop in Berlin with outstanding value for money. Breakfast was delicious with loads to choose from. Check the nearby train station for easy access to all attractions.

The central location was unbeatable, right next to transport options, allowing me to hop on a bus or train to explore all the amazing sights effortlessly. My Superior Double or Twin Room was spacious, clean, and super comfy—perfect after a day of adventure! Plus, the breakfast buffet was a dream with its fresh pastries and interactive pancake station that made it extra special.

Prime location just outside the metro station makes it easy to explore major sights in 10 minutes or less. The room, bright and spacious, offered solid bathroom amenities and plenty of storage for your stuff. A stylish bar provided a comfortable spot to unwind after a day of adventures.

The air conditioning left a lot to be desired, with inconsistent cooling that made sleeping uncomfortable, especially when the annoying cold drafts snuck in around the bed. Cleanliness was quite lacking — mold in the showers and stained pillowcases made it feel less like a four-star experience. It was perplexing that basic items like hand soap weren’t replenished without asking, and housekeeping seemed to show up at odd times, making our last morning a bit chaotic.

great location but noise is noticeable

The location is fantastic! Easy access to numerous attractions and close to the train station. The Green Stay option was unique and fun. we enjoyed wine with Agata, Salman, and Azur. Their hospitality genuinely enhanced our stay.

However, the sound of trains running at night can be distracting.

I had a fantastic stay, especially enjoying the comfortable bed options and the delicious omelettes at breakfast! The free drinks for opting out of room service was a nice touch too. I’d definitely return!
